Icebreaker just can't do retailing. Makes great products but can't sell them directly, every order I have placed had some issue and none were solved with one contact to customer service.
having tried icebreaker kit on in france and knowing my size i ordered from their website when i got home. nothing fit. it was totally different stuff. i returned it. end of march and, same story, still dont have my money. just loads of excuses. i bought via amex and am now going the credit card route

I bought a few items from their website and got them very quickly. I think the quality is very good and other hikers have posted their packing list and there is usually one or two items made by Icebreaker so I decided to give them a try. They are expensive, and don't let the moths near - but overall the t-shirt tops are amazing and the have really nice colors, too.
Great products, shocking customer service. Loyal Icebreaker customer for over 4 years. First time contacting Icebreaker Customer Service: three short simple emails, all replied to by Miguel with no answer to a simple, repeated enquiry re Reward Scheme (no reward) & a/c , forwarded (escalated) to Catarina - a manager, who asked to repeat the enquiry ('complaint') again? 8 emails total (incl replies), zero helpful replies or progress.
So ordered two items on 8/5 for my husband's birthday on 15/5 thought that would be plenty of time for delivery. Got an email confirming that it was on its way on Monday. Today I have queried as Yodel are still saying they haven't received to deliver. So I called their customers services as still awaiting a reply from my email who said goods won't be with me till around the 18/5. So too late for my husband's birthday. I ordered direct from the supplier thinking that was the best thing to do but would have been better to order from Cotswolds who offer next day delivery.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my order now, I sent an email to customer services politely asking for an update but received no reply.
I would not use this company again because the customer service ia as bad as it gets
I ordered a layer zipped top for my husband and paid via PayPal. Fantastic I thought a few days later I got a message from PayPal informing me that my mineshaft been refunded by icebreaker. No explanation from icebreaker why they did not send me the product that I paid for.
Life is too short to be dealing with companies like this. Yodel and icebreaker= disaster.
Very bad Customer Service : over a week to reply. Bad website : had to register 5 times. Meanwhile stock availibility is changing. Fake discount offers > better : don't order . Or check carefully (some promotions displayed on product are not deducted when you order. >> I have tried others like Decathlon, Smartwhool : much better and same quality if not better
Attention au Service Client tres mauvais ; une semaine pour repondre > les stocks changent. Les promos sont fausses : on les voit sur le site... mais pas deduites a la commande)
Site trompeur egalement sur disponibilite ; ne pas payer avant d'etre sur que le produit existe.
On trouve aussi bien voire mieux chez Decathlon, Smartwhool etc.. ou je suis alle apres coup
I ordered clothes from icebreaker 2 weeks ago. Yodel say they have been delivered??? Really. Well I have not got them. E mailed yodel AND Icebreaker but no response. Never again.
Amazon deliver next day. Seems like Icebreaker take your money and don't deliver at all!!!

Worth the price. Recent purchases include base layers and head gear. Very warm, lightweight, and functional. Last forever, feels like !
Waiting on a refund process thats stopped because Icebreaker is not returning my last 3 emails for updates.
Going to start a Mastercard dispute for my refund.
Really poor customer service for the premium price of its products.
Update: I did finally get a hold of a person who was able to get my refund process going by phone. Customer service should be better than this though.
Icebreaker sell expensive active wear. Their products are good, their website is good, but by using Yodel to deliver their goods (or not deliver their goods in my case) they are damaging their brand.
